รายละเอียดงาน
1) To Set Assembly department KPI and action plan to comply with company's KPI.
2) To report department's operation result to management and top management.
3) To analyze and solve unsuccess and success factor's KPI and make improvement plan.
4) To communicate and deploy department KPI& action plan to cascade to subordinates' KPI.
5) To follow up and control daily operation progressive to be conformed to department plan.
6) To follow up and control daily operations that are compiled to QCDSEL system.
7) To develop and improve operation system under using the existing resource to be more efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience 10 years up for manufacturing engineering
- Experience 5 years in management level
- Good written & spoken English.
- ็Have knowledge of Automation Machine.
