รายละเอียดงาน1. Defining Department's operation target and annual operation plan for being the road map of each function's implementation to achieve the goal.
2. To assist and support each function or process's implementation to carry the task effectively such as
2.1 Recruitment
2.2 Learning and Development
2.3 PMS
3. To monitor and control each function's operation to ensure on the progression of implementation and result shall be going on conforming as the plan, system, target defined.
4. To analyze and find out the problem or opportunity of development on each process or function.
5. To establish plan or activity to solve happening problem or developing process to accomplish the result expected.
6. Coaching or consulting department's staff for ensuring performing work assigned systematically.
7. Evaluating staff performance to find out the opportunity to improve them to get the better result on their job (PMS Job function).
8. To manage cost or expense of all operation process effectively appropriated with the budget defined on each period.
9. Implementing & Controlling each process operation conforming to ISO9001, ISO14001 requirement effectively always.
