We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the marketing and promotion of our available properties. Your key duties will involve: 1. Digital Marketing: Posting property listings on high-traffic real estate websites and social media platforms to generate leads and attract potential customers. 2. Customer Liaison: Responding to inquiries from interested parties, providing property information, and scheduling appointments with the sales team for viewings. 3. Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and facilitate successful deal closures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. HSK 4 or above
  2. Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience (real estate experience a plus)
  3. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  6. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
