- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machine equipment to ensure smooth production operations in the automotive manufacturing plant.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and components required for machine equipment maintenance and repair.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize machine reliability.
- Analyze downtime incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. to prevent future occurrences.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide technical support to production teams to minimize disruptions.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and optimize equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to maintenance activities in the automotive manufacturing plant.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male and Female Age 24-30 years old.
- Bacherlor's degree Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Knowledge of computer skill (E-mail & Internet, Microsoft Office, PLC Program)
- Good command in English language.
- Attention to details, able to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
- Good interpersonal skills, agility, result orientation and problem solving.
- Has a certificate of person responsible for energy is preferred.
