Customer Service:
Assist customers in booking rooms, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise during their visit. This may include providing assistance with song selection, technical issues, or general inquiries.
Supervision and Staff Management:
Oversee the staff, including karaoke hosts, servers, and cleaners. Ensure that all team members are performing their duties correctly, offering guidance and support as needed.
Operations Management:
Ensure the smooth operation of the karaoke facility. This includes managing equipment like microphones, sound systems, and song databases to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Cash Handling and Billing:
Manage cash registers, process payments, and ensure accurate billing for customers. This may also involve handling online reservations and transactions.
Inventory Control:
Keep track of supplies such as food, drinks, and karaoke equipment. Order new stock as needed and manage stock levels to avoid shortages.
Problem-Solving:
Handle customer complaints or technical difficulties, ensuring quick and efficient solutions to maintain a positive experience.
