รายละเอียดงาน● This role has full accountability for end-to-end Quality Assurance reviews conducted with the customer (Bank/Non-Bank). The role will focus on all aspects of project and program management best practices to determine whether the target project or program is being delivered in a way that makes it feasible.
● A feasible definition is that the Project or Programme has enough resources (Time, Money, Skilled resources for example) to be a success as it is currently planned and being delivered.
● The scope of the role includes the full project and program lifecycle and delivery standards, best practices, policies, toolsets, and processes, from thought leadership and definition through to execution and measuring adoption.
● The role will report to the program manager. The candidate will have a dotted line to the Business/Function COO representing the Business/Function.
●The QA manager will coach individual project teams regarding the expected quality standards, using lessons learned from other projects within (and outside) the portfolio
● Assist project teams in isolating the source of discrepancies between expected and actual results
● Management responsibilities including leadership and technical guidance to QA and testing professionals. Working closely with counterparts from customer sites.
● Provide detailed analysis based on assurance reviews, and ensure projects are amending artifacts to reflect the findings
● Track metrics that all projects are improving based on assurance findings.
● Ensure quality reporting is consolidated and delivered to the Senior Management including the COO, Project Steering Committees
