- Resident relations: Engage residents in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offering.
- Address resident concerns and requests promptly and effectively striving to exceed their expectations in a professional manner including asking questions of residents to better understand their needs and watching, listening.
- Communication: manage incoming calls, message, parcel, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Assist with resident notifications, event announcements and important updates.
- Maintain accurate residents’ records and information.
- Assist with administrative duties, including managing packages, mail, and deliveries.
- Security and Safety: monitor access to the residence and enforce security protocols. Respond to security or safety concerns and coordinate with appropriate authorities as needed.
