- Manage the overall process from Purchasing, Shipping and logistic Control, Internal and External Material movement, Warehouse management, and Inventory control. - Manage and maintain Warehouse solutions, F/G levels, and procedures to meet demands with complete delivery as the operation team requires. - Plan and manage activities related to the purchase and supply of necessary materials and equipment needed to meet changing levels of product demand. - Develop and direct internal/external material flow planning. Implement efficient suppliers, and raw materials to meet production while optimizing inventory levels, lot sizing, lead time, packaging, and transportation costs. - Manage Department KPIs such as Overtime control, Inventory accuracy, On-Time Delivery, cost reduction, and etc. - Manage the team in charge of internal flow management (including production planning & scheduling, warehouse management, purchasing, material handling & shipping.) - Working closely with the CEO, Operation team, and functional leaders to ensure the satisfaction of their requirements - Costing analysis for Make vs. Buy strategies to gain cost-effectiveness. - Driving raw material & pack material for planning to improve material availability and inventory level - Other as assigned by the CEO.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor of Science Program in Food Technology and etc.
Having work experience in Merchandise Planning or Supply Chain roles will be an advantage.
Strong analytics, good decision making, great negotiator, and quality focus.
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in supply chain management related to food and beverage or retail industry.
Familiar with complex supply models, ERP systems, and procurement techniques.
Able to use computer Google Drive / Google Sheet / Google Slides efficiently.
