Job Purpose:
• Prioritize work assignments to complete assignments/tasks on time.
• Demonstrate flexibility in approach and ideas, responds positively and supports changes in procedures, process, technology, responsibility and
assignments.
• Able to analyze and solve problem professionally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee internal testing laboratory to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and/or international standards.
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of in.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control process.
• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products.
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities
• Develop quality assurance standards and processes.
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Ability to analyze the impact of changes to production specifications whether they are electrical, optical, or mechanical.
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.
• Other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory is required
- Knowledge in guns, projectiles and related experience are advantage
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment
- Knowledge of management and problem solving skills
- Computer Literacy (Email, MS. Office, AutoCAD)
- Must have good command of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- Driving license
