-Manage Supplier issues and / or Supplier audit / visit.
-Manage and Lead team to response the Customer Feedback / Customer Complain and reply per timeframe.
-Escort Customer Audit, Customer Visit or visit the customer site by co-ordinating with CFT and Engineer team.
-Advise / consult to team on problem solving and co-operate with team to solve the problem and monitoring the trend.
-Encourage team to have the right mindset and good co-operation with the company policy, ISO, 5S, Calibration, ESD and others.
