Overview:
Responsible for Wi-Fi network management, with a focus on proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Cisco DNAC (catalyst center) and Aruba tools to continuously monitor Wi-Fi network performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions before they impact users.
Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Configure and manage Wi-Fi network devices, including access points, controllers, and switches, ensuring they are optimized for performance and security.
Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure network changes are aligned with overall IT strategy and business goals.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Wi-Fi networks and Cisco networking.
- Experience or understanding of Wireless Network Design and deployment.
- Experience with Cisco and HP (Aruba) Networking Products (Switch, Router, Wireless) as required.
- Strong in Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) configuration.
- Knowledge of wireless communications and industry standard protocols.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), system management principles, OSI model and routing protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with a self-motivated attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
