Overview:
Responsible for Wi-Fi network management, with a focus on proactive monitoring and continuous improvement using Cisco DNA and Aruba tools.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Cisco DNA and Aruba tools to continuously monitor Wi-Fi network performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions before they impact users.
Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Configure and manage Wi-Fi network devices, including access points, controllers, and switches, ensuring they are optimized for performance and security.
Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure network changes are aligned with overall IT strategy and business goals.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Wi-Fi networks.
- Proficiency in using Cisco DNA and Aruba tools for network monitoring and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
