รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist in establishing and overseeing operations for the TikTok Shop, which encompasses tasks like setting prices, arranging vouchers, supervising product listings, and managing the Store Information System (SIS).
- Collaborate with partners to create live streams and shop videos, while also coordinating with internal teams and marketplace accounts (such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop) for day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of eCommerce orders and address customer complaints effectively to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with merchandisers and media performance teams to monitor key metrics and suggest enhancements for future campaigns.
- Generate innovative strategies to expand market presence, including attracting new users, retaining existing ones, and launching new products.
- Work closely with local commercial teams to maintain proper account management and prevent conflicts across multiple channels.
- Cultivate relationships with local clients or partners to foster business opportunities and ensure effective account management and governance.
- 5 work days (Mon-Fri), onsite
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce marketplace (e.g. Shopee, Lazada and TikTok shop), in Retail / FMCG Business.
- Previous experience with sales on TikTok Shop and live streaming is advantageous.
- Strong understanding in track record in eCommerce is essential.
- Fluent Communication skills in English **Written & Spoken**
- Advance in Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel
