General Description
•Insert booking details into Internal Transport Management System accurately.
•Perform booking activities through carrier booking platforms (Website/Email)
Specific Accountabilities
•Perform assigned booking with carriers via website & email daily and accurately.
•Ensure booking confirmation, necessary adjustment, cancellation is occurred.
•Monitoring and inserting booking details into Internal Transportation Management System correctly.
•Coordinate with related department (Administration Department) for system mattes and updates.
•Maintain and follow rules, regulations of company, safety & health and environmental rules.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fair of good command in English
- Good personality and be able to role in good teamwork
- Good and be able to handle high-pressure situation
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, and willing to work
- Knowledge of basic MS office, Excel & Word
