รายละเอียดงาน
a. Identification of gemstone varieties, detection of artificial treatments, and determination of geographic origin through microscope analysis (e.g., thermal enhancement of rubies and sapphires, origin determination of emeralds, etc.).
b. Sample testing using spectral techniques (e.g., UV-Vis, FTIR) and chemical techniques (e.g., EDXRF, LIBS). Perform data analysis and provide independent conclusions.
c. Administration of lab samples, acquisition of various testing data, and performing related sorting, input, and analysis.
d. Establishment and maintenance of a lab sample database, including color grading and geographic origin-related samples.
e. Other tasks as assigned by the company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality only
- 3 years working experience as gemologist
- A Master's degree or higher is required in Gemology, Geology, or Chemistry
- Familiarity with the English language is required (proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage)
- Familiarity with computer office software operation, office suite and photoshop
