Job Description (Short Version):
We are seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in new model development, order processing, and production. The ideal candidate will implement Lean Management strategies, streamline workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our processes meet high efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and optimize processes in manufacturing from new model, order processing, production, purchase-store and maintenance to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
2. Implement Lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping to optimize workflows.
3. Lead continuous improvement projects that align with company efficiency and cost-reduction goals.
4. Collaborate with cross-function teams to integrate process improvements.
5. Conduct experiments and tests to validate process improvements and ensure they meet objectives.
6. Monitor and refine new processes based on lean metrics and performance data.
7. Ensure all processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations, and lean principles.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to maintain smooth production.
9. Provide training and mentorship to staff on Lean practices and process optimization.
10. Document process improvements, including SOPs, work instructions, and flow diagrams.
