2. Develop product sales plans for channels, assist customers in managing the purchase, sale and inventory of products, and be responsible for the sales results of major customers in the region
3. Team training and management, building RM and business teams to help the team improve performance and achieve sales goals
4. Through data analysis, market visits and customer visits, provide effective customer performance improvement and business plans to increase customer share and improve channel operation efficiency
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 25-40 years old.
- Fluent in Chinese or English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- More than 5 years of working experience in mobile phone channel management;
- Able to accept business trips across the country;
- Good personality , have presentation skill is a plus.
- Have knowledge and understanding of current Thailand retail business and field force team management .
- Working in a Chinese organization before will be an advantage.
- Strong achievement motivation and result-oriented awareness, with good interperson
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to stressful work environments.
