[Working hours]: Monday to Saturday, 08:00-17:00, 8 hours.
[Reporting Line]: Operation VP
[Job Description]:
- Establish and improve the human resources system together with counterpart in China.
- Based on the development strategy and business needs of company, develop and implement human resource planning, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensure that the company's human resource supply can meet the needs of business development and control human resource costs.
- Assist in recruiting employees, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and completing onboarding procedures.
- Develop performance evaluation plans, supervise and coordinate the performance evaluation process, and ensure the fairness and effectiveness of evaluations.
- Responsible for formulating salary policy and welfare plan of company, ensuring the fairness and competitiveness of the salary system, while managing employee salary adjustments and welfare distribution.
- By organizing team building activities, promoting the construction of corporate culture, creating a good organizational atmosphere, promoting cooperation and integration between different teams, enhancing employees' sense of belonging and team cohesion.
- Manage employment contract documents, all personnel laws, including company policy provisions.
- Responsible for administration work of company，and apply business visa and work permit for support persons abroad as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- More than 4 years of human resources experience and work experience at international company preferred
- Fluent English ... Able to communicate in Chinese preferred
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with labor laws and other laws related to personnel work.
