รายละเอียดงาน
1. Leading Customer Service department daily work goes smoothly. 2. Coordinate sale team and customer service team to solve problems in time to ensure daily work goes smoothly and successfully. 3. Supplier control management. 4. Coordinate daily issues between CS department and other concerning parties. 5. Ensure CS department daily work accuracy and customers’ satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Familiar with international sea transportation, air transportation and land transportation.
  2. Good English writing, reading and speaking.
  3. Chinese speaking and writing will be advantage.
  4. College degree minimum.
  5. Logistics Major will be advantage.
  6. At least 5 years working expedience in Logistics field; at least 2 years working experience of CS manager.
  7. Familiar with import and export procedure.
  8. Familiar with procedure for cargo to USA and Europe.
  9. Familiar with air cargo operation procedure.
