รายละเอียดงาน
- Performs assessment and evaluate personnel’s mental & emotional concerns and provide various psychological interventions (eg. CBT / ACT) to identify unique challenges and treatment.
- Provides counseling and therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans to help them gain insights, develop coping skills and improve mental health.
- Provides crisis intervention, crisis assessment, and consultation with external EAP providers when necessary to ensure personnel’s safety.
- Promote workplace wellbeing and connect personnels with available community resources, support groups or additional services.
- Conduct workshop training, surveys and health-risk assessments regularly to raise awareness on mental-health well being.
- Prepare and maintain reports necessary to carry out functions of operations
- Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary mental health team
- Conducts assessments of an organization's current health status to identify any potential risks to employees
Shift work:
- 8 hr/day, 5 days a week. Able to work night and overnight shifts.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or Public Health
- 1 years’ experience provide Community Support or Counseling services
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of counseling theories, therapeutic techniques and ethical standards
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Good in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a personal laptop
- New grads are welcome
