รายละเอียดงาน

- Make CNC Program of parts from 3D models by using Computer software for Turning and Turn-mill machines. - Capable of setting up machine by self with the program being made by self/others. - Issue Program and guide the setup person for efficient setup of the machine. - Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly. - Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications. - Job tasks must be performed “safely and satisfactorily”. - Communicate with the superiors for any part irregularity, quality problems, machine malfunction, or breakdown during setup. - Monitor cycle time for the parts being made so that it remains within the stipulated time. - Maintain the work area in neat condition. - Use and maintain personal tools as required by company policy.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Graduate/Diploma from a technical school in machine tooling, mechanical.
3-5 years of previous machining experience, in-hand experience for setup and run.
Ability to read job orders, Drawings, measuring instruments (i.e. micrometers, calipers), and specifications.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate with other personnel are required.
Self-disciplined and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to communicate in English with Superiors.
Must be able to handle Programming and follow up for setup by regular movement during working time.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate machinery for precision work
Vision should be good enough to inspect machined parts closely to ensure that they meet specifications.
