รายละเอียดงาน
- Ensure the store meets sales goals through planning
- Expense control, and effective management
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Recruit and developing staff, conducting performance appraisals
- Spend 85% of time on the sales floor
- Accountable for training programs
- Analyze customer trends, executing marketing initiatives
- Manage inventory within store within target
- Manage merchandise, maintain visual guidelines, and ensuring a safe working environment
- Manage sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds at the cash desk, utilize the POS system, handle various payment methods accurately, ensure appropriate application of discounts
- 6 work days
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in service industry preferably in apparel & footwear
- Must have experience in Retail POS, Excel (Vlookup, Pivot), or SAP
- ***Fluent in spoken and written in English***
- Able to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime
- Experience working in international company is a plus
