รายละเอียดงาน- Handle overall loops in HR and General Administration tasks in office.
- Handle welfare & benefits, time attendance for all staffs.
- Supervise Maid, Drivers and Messengers for daily assignments.
- Process for payment and petty cash.
- Facilitate visa, work permit and 90 days report applications for Japanese staff.
- Handle office admin tasks such as office supplies purchasing, car arrangement, hotel & flight reservation etc.
- Support other tasks as requested by team members or assigned by superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- At least experience 5 years in HR and GA or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good command in English or Japanese.
- Proficient in using MS Office programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
