- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinating and planning company events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/leader.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Familiarity with office equipment like printers, copiers, and phone systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in using computer, knowledge of word and Excel applications.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Thai. (If can speak Japanese will be special consider)
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
