รายละเอียดงาน
1.Contact, Support, and Satisfy both local and oversea customer.
2.Receive order from customer and Send information to loading section for calculation container arrangement including summarize Purchase Order.
3.Input data in the system to issue Production Order for concerned department in factory and Confirmation Proforma Invoice to customer.
4.Issue Production Order for Spare parts (Free/ Claim/ Sales).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service.
- Good command in English and Knowledge in computer proficient (MS offices).
- Multi-tasking, detail oriented, service mind and self-motivated.
- Able to dealing with emergency job and Handling high-pressure situations.
- Able to work 6 days (Monday - Saturday) at Chonburi plant.**
