รายละเอียดงาน
- Monitor and oversee the quality control of the PCB manufacturing process.
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work closely with the production team to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Document quality processes, inspections, and test results, and prepare reports.
- Ensure adherence to ISO or other applicable quality management systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality and consistency.
- Communicate quality requirements and issues effectively with both local and overseas teams (especially in Chinese-speaking regions).
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field.
- Proven experience in a QA role, preferably in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
- Good communication skill in English or Chinese is a must
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with international teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications such as ISO 9001 is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA-related software tools.
