- Assist Engineering Manager to supervise a team of engineers - Product mechanical property analysis and verification. - Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes. - Technical leadership, team management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Present prototypes and designs to customers and project manager - Identify and plan necessary training for engineering team

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Manufacuring Engineering.
Be able to perform metal product mechanical property analysis.
8+ years of experience of product design or process engineering in manufacturing factory.
3-5+ years of experience of leading a eningeer team.
Techincal leadershipand team development.
Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
Math skills, including calculus and other advanced mathematics.
Multi-tasking and stay organized.
Guiding and mentoring junior engineers to develop their skills.
Proven work experience as an engineering team leader or similar role.
Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
