- Serve all segment customer in payment, customer care&solution in order to AWT/AHT.
- Anayze customer profile/customer insight/lifestyle/usage pattern and serve/record of activity base on Total Service - Solution to increase CE11, SQ, CSI & NPS.
- Acquire new postpaid sub., NMP, convert pre2post, sell VAS/Digital Content, Devices and AIS Fibre by consultancyy, and cross&up sell other strategic corporate’s product & service to achieve target.
- Churn protection by customer's negotiation to still in our company, and MNP by customer's influencing to port in our company.
- Self competency development in product&service knowledge for passing competency test&serving customer like a professional.
