-Management and organization of the entire production in our factory in Thailan -Procurement and optimization of all production machines and systems -Disciplinary and professional management of the production staff -Workforce planning -Creation and control / monitoring of the production schedule to ensure on-time and quality order processing -Planning and support of all technical audits as well as modernization and renovation projects -Responsibility for all audits

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Several years of professional experience as a manager,preferably in industry
Creative mindset
Personal initiative and strong hands-on mentality
Confident handling of MS-Office
Fluent in German and English
