1.Analyze inventory data to identify trends and patterns in product movement 2.Determine optimal storage locations for products based on factors such as velocity, size, and demand 3.Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to execute slotting plans effectively and efficiently 4.Monitor and evaluate the performance of slotting strategies, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency 5.Conduct regular audits of inventory locations to ensure accuracy and compliance with slotting plans 6.Provide training and support to warehouse staff on proper slotting procedures and best practices 7.Be obsessed with standards so the people and facility fit the Makro Brand 8.Ensure the continued professional development of your area of responsibility investigation team, to include the identification of suitable individuals in longer-term succession planning.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
Enjoy working as part of a committed, flexible team, and taking pride in everything you do
