•Greet guests and lead them to the meeting room. Provide beverages and snacks to guests. Provide care for guests from arrival to departure.
•Maintain reception, meeting room and common areas clean and tidy when necessary.
•Responsible for processing office supplies requisitions
•Responsible for processing and preparing documents for company document requests from employees and departments.
•Responsible for booking airline tickets and hotels for management team and employees.
•Handling general administrative tasks and performing other tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and Manager.
•Manage, plan, and execute the production of employee business cards.
•Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and post.
•Oversee, plan, and execute the driver service system.
•Oversee, manage, and distribute snacks and beverages for the staff.
•Actively participate in company events and collaborate with team members.
