- Proactive Employee Relationship Management:
- Take a proactive approach to building and
maintaining positive relationships with employees.
- Anticipate and address potential issues before they
escalate.
- Employee Engagement Programs:
- Actively promote and enhance the company's employee
engagement program.
- Develop and implement initiatives within the
employee engagement program to boost morale and satisfaction.
- ER Case Management and Grievance/Complaint Handling:
- Manage employee relations cases, including
grievances and complaints.
- Directly handle and review cases with the ER
Manager and team.
- Propose actions to Management based on case
assessments.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze data reports from HRIS, disciplinary, and
complaint records, or other sources to improve
employee engagement.
- Consistent Processes:
- Ensure the implementation of consistent ER
processes, practices, tools, and documentation requirements.
