รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a full-service restaurant known for our exceptional drinking & dining experiences along with memorable events, we are looking for a talented individual who can oversee both the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and the execution of special events (Group Bookings, Birthdays, Corporate Mixers & Buffets etc).
Responsibilities:
•Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
•Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
•Monitor kitchen output to ensure presentation and high standards are maintained.
•Coordinate and oversee special events, including private parties, corporate functions, and holiday celebrations.
•Work closely with the General Manager, event planners and clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure seamless execution of events.
•Manage event budgets and coordinate logistics such as catering, entertainment, and decorations.
•Help develop and implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant events and attract new customers.
•Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
•Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service and contribute to the success of the restaurant.
