Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager with event quotes and coordination.
Create and edit simple designs, menus, and layouts using Canva.
Manage advanced Excel spreadsheets and perform data analysis.
Draft documents and manage correspondence through Word and Email, Social Media.
Take accurate meeting minutes in English and follow up on task assignments.
Coordinate and prioritize daily schedules and tasks for the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Must be Thai and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Word, and Email.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in administrative or event-related roles is a plus.
