รายละเอียดงาน
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and systems.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network problems and outages, and schedule upgrades.
- Collaborate with event planners and other team members to tailor network solutions for events.
- Ensure network security and connectivity, maintain firewalls, and manage security protocols.
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for network configurations and upgrades.
- Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution.
- Assist with the integration of new technologies and systems into existing network infrastructure.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network engineering and support.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
- Experience with network security practices and using device management and firewall.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Proficiency with Huawei and Aruba networks is preferred.
