รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibility:
•Oversee the procurement of sufficient animal feed raw materials to meet the production capacity of the factory.
•Seek, analyze and forecast sources and prices of agricultural products within domestic and/or overseas. (Corn seed, Soybean meal, etc.)
•Conduct an exploration and assessment of the potential of domestic crop production.
•Negotiate with vendors and suppliers (from local, regional, and international sources) to obtain information on products or services, such as pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
•Develop a purchasing strategy that plans, improves, and maintains standards of practices and operational plans to achieve the organization's goals and strategic plans
•Identify opportunities and expand the supply base of raw materials while building a network of partners in the area to meet demand adequately.
•Understand economic situation and/or global supply and demand analysis to point out future economic and price movement trends.
•Identify cost savings opportunities through global, regional, local sourcing, substitute products, suppliers and business partners.
•Optimize logistics routes and shipping methods to minimize transportation costs and lead times.
• Mobility to work in Thailand or foreign country.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Economic, agricultural economic or related function you applied
- Good command in English (TOEIC score 750 and above.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of trading business
- Self Starter and fast learner. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding analytical and inter-personal skills.
- Able to take initiatives and ownership of assignments.
- Positive attitude and open mind.
- Able drive a car.
