รายละเอียดงาน1.Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: With the sales team, Develop sales strategies, operational plans, and analyze sales to determine trends and opportunities for maximum efficiency in line with company policies.
2.B2B Channel Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Agents,Key accounts, Dealers, SIs and other B2B partners. Maintain existing customers, acquire new customers, monitor needs,and feedback from customers,and ensure excellent customer service.
3.Managing Sales Team: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance.
4.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts for senior management. Monitor KPIs and key metrics to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
5.Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and sales collateral. Provide input on marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
6.Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize return on investment. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
7.Perform other duties as assigned.
