รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage team to perform to achieve production output target (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Supervise, Support & Coach Line Leader (direct report) & team to reach the target
- Monitor production process and ensure product standard quality in the responsible area
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance report to Manager
- Coordinate with related functions to ensure smooth production processes
- Monitor, report problem solving internal problem and find corrective -Preventive action to reach target
- Continuous improvement for reach target company
- Prepare and revise operating regulations procedures, standards and other relevant documents in the ISO system used in the production process. Including supporting documents for the implementation of 5S activities to comply with the plans and policies of the company set
- Analyze problems and provide concrete solutions
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing preferred) or any related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position
- Good supervisory skill and good team player
- Good problem solving & decision making skill
- Good team player & coordinator among teams
- Active working style & able to work under pressure
- Good English communication skill
- Able to work in Night shift
- Have knowledge, understand in LEAN & Obeya Concept
