รายละเอียดงาน
1.Process all documentation related to BOI requirements.
2.Coordinate with forwarders for the shipping document process (import & export).
3.Create a master list of machines and maximum stock materials before import under BOI regulations.
4.Develop formulas for each product and submit them to The Federation of Thai Industries and BOI.
5.Submit applications for approval of various transactions under BOI conditions.
6.Generate sales reports for each BOI project separately, including BOI income, non-BOI income for local sales, indirect sales, direct sales, and prepare monthly and yearly summary reports.
7.Manage all import-export operations.
8.Apply for system access to submit benefit usage information online.
9.Request approval for the list of machinery to be imported.
10.Coordinate and prepare all documents and reports related to BOI to ensure the company can maximize investment promotion benefits under all conditions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female, age 28 - 40 years
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BOI operations and company registration.
- Proficient in English communication at an advanced level.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and importing new machinery.
- Possess a valid driver's license and capable of driving.
- Working Monday to Friday.
