รายละเอียดงาน***Financial Transactions***
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Financial Records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
***Budgeting and Forecasting***
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget expenditures and report any variances.
- Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and analysis activities.
***Compliance and Audit***
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
***Communication and Coordination***
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Communicate effectively with the Finance Manager and other team members.
- Provide financial information and support to other departments as needed.
***Process Improvement***
- Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and procedures.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
