Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other BI platforms.
•Lead the development of complex data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely data insights.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting data by developing and implementing data validation and reconciliation processes.
•Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports for internal and external clients.
•Mentor and provide guidance to junior BI Developers in best practices for BI development, coding, and optimization.
•Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in BI solutions and databases.
•Evaluate and recommend BI tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the overall BI infrastructure.
•Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and trends, ensuring that the organization adopts best practices in data analytics and reporting.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, analytic-function, and optimizing database performance.
- Experience with ETL processes using Spark or similar big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of data lakehouse concepts and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
