- Network infrastructure management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting (Config Cisco switch, FortiGate firewall, Router, Wifi controller)
- Cloud & micro service infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System Database, and troubleshooting
- Security Management, Patching for fixing Vulnerability & IT security related.
- Define and Setup Standard for IT system (Cloud, Server, DB, backup policy, PC OS and S/W standard)
- Setup Security Procedure related to IT system (OS, DB, BackupData, DR)
- Support system operation, monitor, and change request.
- Manage and ensure IT projects are monitored, reviewed, and implemented effectively.
- Investigate and suggest improvements to ensure that the IT network is efficient to support the business.
- Plan and coordinate periodic audits of our IT network and infrastructure, to include such items as network equipment, cloud, microservice, servers, software licensing, backup and disaster recovery policy.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure & hardware support or similar role.
- An expert and resourceful in problem solving within a complex operation.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure & hardware with various software programs.
