•Ability to identify opportunities and generate business
•Finding new renovation, construction project
•Work closely with the management team to ensure company objectives are achieved
•Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and oversee website management and social media
•Understand client needs and expectations
•Establish a scope of work
•Ensure company sales target and margins are achieved
•Administrative support of the client
•Financial support of the client
•Providing accurate and timely quotations to clients

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 25-45 years old
- More than 3 years experience in project management, renovation, construction, interior and real estate.
- **Good Thai and English communication skills
- Construction knowledge
- Able to work independently with self-initiative and under pressure
- Excellent in team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to read architectural plan would be a plus
