- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the business market, identify new and customer needs, establish and follow-up the strategic plan and business activities of the whole team to achieve the target.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, agencies, networks, key stakeholders, and partners.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare contracts for agencies, networks, and others ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers, networks, partners.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, others which related and prepare executive performance meeting.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop staff into valuable of sales and marketing people.
- Work closely with the other departments to align the company's sales, marketing, product & support strategies.
- Initial and implement marketing strategy.
- Oversee all marketing plans, strategic communications, promotions/ campaigns.
- Promote a business, product, or service.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of promotions/campaigns.
