1. Understanding client’s need and regarding the requirements for job posting.
2. Being user on search engine of every channel; Jobsdb, Jobthai, Facebook, etc. and monitoring performance of job posting.
3. Screening candidate from every channel and sent to team sales including summary briefing of candidate
4. Being a facilitator for interviewing session with both IT team and client.
5. Handle the hiring documentation and employee onboarding processes.
6. Being contact point for candidate, to check available schedule, to track before and after start working.
7.maintain relationships with high-potential candidates to build a talent pool.
8. Preparing individual report to track own performance and report to Management team.
9.Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to improve strategies and processes.
10. Engaging to recruitment team and be a part of company’s activities occasionally.
11. Completing any assignments by Manager.
