- Implement territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with assigned sales target and report the result and corrective action on a monthly basis.
- Proactively manage key stakeholders i.e. principals, internal & external customers.
- Identify areas and activities for continued product growth and sales target achievement.
- Analyze marketing and future trends to further goals.
- Expand and penetrate the market both new and existing products.
- Properly use all promotional materials i.e. samples, gimmicks in an appropriate way.
- Manage the team to achieve goals

- Experience in Hospital industry at least 5 years
- Experience in management level
