- Supervise human resource functions including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, wage and salary management, welfare system development, labor relations, and encouraging continuous self-employee improvement.
- Develop and establish various regulations and employee handbooks, continuously updating and amending them to comply with company management policies in accordance with labor laws.
- Foster employee motivation by overseeing various activities to encourage employee participation and cultivating good team relationships.
- Utilize human resources data and analysis to make informed decisions and drive improvements related to human resources.
- Provide human resources management consultation to various units within the organization.
