Inbound & Warehouse Operation,
• To support Logistic & Warehouse Manager - GDC in overseeing daily operation.
• Assist in operation activity whenever necessary.
• Ensure relevant the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instructions (WI) are being maintained and updated, understand the importance in adopting proper change control process that conforms to quality standards.
• Control GDC Warehouse operation to compliance with standards operation.
• Ensure FEFO of finished goods are followed throughout the processes.
• Coordinate with Customer Service stakeholder to control Pick & Pack on time schedule.
• Monthly GDC Warehouse productivity control and report, Warehouse inventory sampling check and report.
• Control GDC quarantine inventory by no risk of holding goods pass to customer and work with stakeholder for management.
• GDC material rolling forecasting and cooperate with procurement team
• Monthly summary report requirement from manager.
GDC Warehouse Facility Maintenance,
• Conducts and documents of regular facility inspection.
• Ensure the GDC warehouse facility and utility are ready for operation, follow with service provider in emergency case.
• Establish GDC yearly preventive maintenance and make sure it executes on plan.
• Coordinate with HSOT Facility Maintenance team to advise about facilities issue and problem solving.
• Cooperate with HLAM about contingency plan and safety work instruction.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineer / Logistics or relate filed
- At least 5-10 years of Warehouse & Logistic, import & export and relate field experience is required.
- Good ability to work independently as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to examine report and data in order to recommend improvements to procedures.
- Technically proficient and possess good planning and organization skills
- Computer literacy skill
- Fluency in English
- Lead on meeting with cross functional team.
