• Warehouse facility monitoring & improvement and control EML& EMS meet Quality system requirement.
• To control overview of Inbound (Receiving & Put away FGs/Packaging Material and Sterile product In/Out forwarder) as SOP and also prioritize inspection & re-packaging.
• Support warehouse operations as requested from senior level.
• Collaboration with relate project management team and concern departments to drive the response tasks to completed on plan.
Warehouse & Facilities:
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Control Warehouse facility monitoring on plan and follow with service provider in emergency case.
• Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the physical resources of the facility.
• Up to date and Maintain calibration equipment EML & EMS monthly, yearly as per plan.
• Cooperate with HLAM about contingency plan and safety work instruction.
• Establish yearly preventive maintenance and make sure it executes on plan.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to approve handling warehouse and logistic projects.
• Working with the SCM Change Control Engineer to drive improvement project.
• Report on achievement of targets and identify any corrective action.
• Deliver progressive presentations for internal meetings.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior level.
FGs Inbound & Material MRN operations:
• To support above level or/and Logistic Manager in overseeing daily activity.
• Assist in operation activity whenever necessary.
• Ensure Inbound relevant the Standard Operating Procedures(SOP)or Work Instructions (WI) are being maintained and updated, understand the importance of adopting proper change control process that conforms to quality standards.
• Control products transfer In/Out GDC to be 3rd party sterile service provider and also sterile samples delivery to lab service provider as planned.
• Ensure FEFO of finished good
