• Interview candidates both Thai and Chinese via phone, video, online interview and in-person.
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate HR projects and managers. (Meetings, surveys, etc.)
• Weekly and annual meeting minutes to directors.
• Orientation to policies and regulations for new hires.
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
• Design and update job descriptions including artworks.
