รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop recruitment plans and strategies based on company needs and recruitment goals.
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting opening jobs through various platforms (such as social media, recruitment websites, professional networks, personal connections, etc.), including active recruitment and passive search.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate the interview process, including providing necessary information to candidates and gathering feedback from interviewers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in relevant majors, good command of Chinese and English is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter.
- Familiarity with Thai recruitment industry.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
