-Lead and direct team to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to clients, while ensuring high-quality project delivery
-Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to executives of client.
-Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients across different levels and functions.
-Drive sales and marketing activities, including developing proposals and presenting them in pitching sessions.
-Represent the company and expand its network by presenting at conferences and events.
-Provide mentorship and guidance to New Member to maintain high standard of project delivery and foster their professional growth
-Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach
-Plan the best strategy to promote client's product or service
-To support Sales team and make good relationship with customer
-Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
-Visit customer in Thailand by company car with drive
-Check and improve the speed of internal processes
-Manage each project with team members to be on time and maximize the sales amount
-Visit, communicate and negotiate with clients if necessary
