• Plan, develop, and execute PR strategies to support Brand-level priority concepts, campaigns, and drive brand image
• Supervise external PR agency on setting measurable objectives for new idea generation, media coverage and agency budgets
• Develop PR contents including press releases and other relevant PR materials for product launches, KOL social media posts, campaigns and promotions
• Manage KOL / Influencer seeding plans to drive brand awareness and establish targeted brand positioning
• Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, and Twitter
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for PR and events, ensuring that all activities are scheduled and executed on time
• Execute promotional calendar and priorities to drive in-store and online traffic
• Social Activation and Livestreaming - Conceptualize insight and big idea for social activation
• Develop and manage brand video content and production
• Track, report, and analyze all performance metrics for marketing campaigns, communication strategy and recommend area improvement
• Efficiently manage budgets across various media channels • Translate English product information into Thai language
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
